How does your service work?
Sign Gypsies makes it super simple & takes care of everything for you! A yard greeting includes a personalized phrase, delivery, set-up, & pick up approximately 24 hours later. Cute graphics & stars add the perfect finishing touch to each greeting.
Do I keep the sign?
Our yard greetings are rented for 24 hours. You are paying to design a customized sign, rent it from us and for the services of us setting it up, and taking it down. We do occasionally sell sports & seasonal graphics. https://squareup.com/store/pelican-posts-by-sign-gypsies
How much does it cost?
A yard greeting includes a personalized phrase, delivery, set-up, & pick up approximately 24 hours later. We offer many greeting packages to fit all occasions & budgets. Final pricing is based on mileage for our delivery personnel; a delivery fee may apply.

Which payment methods do you accept?
After you place the order, a Square invoice will be emailed to you. The invoice can be paid online by credit card. Contact us about other payment methods.
How long will the sign stay in my yard?
A typical yard greeting is set up for approximately 24 hours. Additional days are available for $25. (pending availability)
Can I keep the yard greeting longer than 24 hours?
Sure! Additional days are available for $25. Some restrictions may apply. Ex: Graduation signs may only be available for one day.
Do you take last minute orders?
Yes, of course! We may not have the exact colors or graphics you want, but we can always work something out! A $25 rush fee will be applied to orders placed less than 24 hours in advance.
When will my yard greeting be set up?
Birthday surprises are typically set up the evening before the event. Let us know if you have a special request!
If I want to surprise someone, how will they know who sent it?
If this is a surprise sent to someone else's house, we will leave a gift message with the greeting. This option is on the order form.
Can I choose the colors & graphics?
Colors & graphics are based on availability. The order form will ask you to list favorite colors, event theme, special interests/hobbies, & colors to avoid. We will do our best to meet your requests & promise to make your greeting unique & fabulous!
Can I only request certain phrases, or can you spell anything?
If you can dream it, Sign Gypsies can do it! We keep an extensive alphabet in stock, and we are ready to help you celebrate ANY & ALL occasions! (Keep it clean though; we are a family business & little eyes are watching all over town.)
How much is it to add specialty graphics & stars to my greeting?
There's no extra charge for graphics & stars! A yard greeting includes a personalized phrase, delivery, set-up, & pick up approximately 24 hours later. Cute graphics add the perfect finishing touch to each greeting.

Can I request an additional phrase?
Sure! As long as there is enough room in your yard, request away! Additional phrases (up to 15 letters) are $25. Additional names are $5 each.
Do I need to prepare my yard for the greeting to be delivered?
- Please thoroughly saturate the lawn for at least 2 hours the day the signs will arrive. Soft ground is required to install the greeting.
- Porch lights are helpful too!
- If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up or AFTER the signs are gone.
- We are SUPER quiet and very clever at pulling off birthday surprises; however, we are not invisible! Close the blinds or curtains if you think the recipient may see us in the front yard.
What happens if it rains?
We'll put on a raincoat & boots and GYPSY ON! Our signs are high quality & weatherproof. However, we will not be able to deliver if there is lightning or severe hazardous weather. If we are unable to set up your greeting because of severe weather, you will receive a full refund. *If you must cancel your yard greeting, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Can my yard greeting be set up inside or in a spot with no grass?
It's possible! We have done it before and will consider all options. Sign Gypsies is unable to set up inside of private residences.
Do I need to be there for the set up?
You do not need to be there for the set up or take down! Simply place the order with us, we email you an invoice, and Sign Gypsies handles the rest! You can make someone's day from the convenience of your phone!
Can my school or non-profit receive a discounted rate?
Yes! SCHOOLS/NON-PROFITS receive 20% off a 24 -hour yard greeting rental.
Do you ever run sales or specials?
